2. Proposal

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll move on to drawing up a Scope of Work. 5. Script Writing & Outreach

 

Prior to reaching out to any influencers, we’ll put together a scripted first message and send this to you for approval. Once any necessary tweaks have been made, the outreach can begin.

Using our existing connections and forging new ones, we’ll speak to creators who we feel would be a good fit to see if they are interested in working with your brand. Outreach can be carried out via our social media accounts or yours – whatever your preference! There are perks to both, which our team will be happy to discuss with you.

 

6. Arranging the Collaboration

 

Some clients want more involvement in this part of the process than others. Some are quite happy for us to work to a quota and set the collaborations up without further approval. Other clients, on the other hand, prefer us to run everything by them before we agree to anything with the creator. We’re happy to work whatever way you want us to, whether you want lots of involvement or just want us to crack on with what we do best!

We’ll send out a media kit to those we’re collaborating with, which our in-house team will create on your behalf (unless you already have one of course!) This gives further details as to the brand’s voice and messaging, posting requirements, and any particular call-outs or hashtags the creator should use within their content.

Once the collaboration has begun, we’ll ensure posting deadlines are adhered to and liaise with the creator should they have any problems, questions, or concerns.

 

7. Reporting
