From new accreditations to embracing the sunshine with meetings in the park, spring has been full of achievements and good vibes so far! Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to lately…

 

Celebrating Work Anniversaries

 

At VerriBerri Digital, we pride ourselves on our amazing work culture. Our Managing Director, Amy, has always been passionate about making the offices a friendly, supportive, and creative environment for the team – and our staff retention levels prove she’s done a fab job!

In April, we celebrated two milestone work anniversaries:

 

Megan – Marketing Manager

 

Celebrating 7 years at VB in April, Megan originally started with us on a work experience placement. Fast forward a few years and she is now part of our senior management team. Originally specialising in PR, Megan now supports Amy with the day-to-day operations and oversees client accounts and projects.

 

Emily – Account Manager

 

We also celebrated Emily being a part of the VerriBerri Digital team for 3 years! Em was originally brought into the team to support with a large client account in the global commodity intelligence industry. Over the years, she has been able to build an unbeatable relationship with the client and is now managing the account for herself.

 

Four Day Working Week Accreditation

 

Although the four-day working week is a structure we’ve had in place for some years now, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve now received formal accreditation!

While the accreditation may be new, the benefits of this initiative have long been felt across our team. Offering a reduced working week has had a huge impact on our office culture, from improving work/life balance to boosting overall productivity. With more time to rest and recharge, our team are more energised and ready to give their best.

The result? Happier staff, better retention, and high-quality work for our clients. Our people are at the heart of what we do, and this structure has given them the time and space to enjoy life outside of work – without compromising on results inside the office. It’s a win-win we’ve seen reflected in both employee satisfaction and our continued business growth.

 

Exciting New Projects

 

We’ve also welcomed some exciting new clients over the past few months, and it’s been a pleasure getting stuck into fresh projects across a whole host of industries. From wellness brands to property developers, there’s no project we’ll shy away from!

One of the things we pride ourselves on is our ability to adapt – whether we’re working with a pet brand, a tech company, or something entirely out of the box, our team are great at crafting strategies that make a real impact!

 

Picnic’s In the Park

 

Our VerriBerri Digital monthly meetings are a non-negotiable. Sitting down together each month allows us to:

  • Discuss all the exciting projects we’re working on
  • Make suggestions for changes around the office so we can make it the best environment possible
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas as a collective
  • Celebrate our Employee of the Month
  • Have a general catch up with each other
  • Take a pause

This month, we wanted to make the most of the glorious sunny weather so we packed up our laptops, picked up some picnic food, and headed to Maldon Promenade for a hit of vitamin D.

Our Design Manager (and longest standing VB employee), Ameesha, won Employee of the Month in April!

Each month, the team vote for someone to have an afternoon off as a little thanks for all their hard work. Last month, Ameesha was working incredibly hard on numerous client campaigns with tight deadlines. Never one to complain, Meesh has taken everything in her stride and, to no surprise, our clients have all been unbelievably happy with her amazing work!
